Laura Plantation - Grab a drink Bourbon Street. This is where all the bars are. You can even walk down the street with open alcohol cups. Beware: it’s loud and it’s super crowded (though if you go on a day that’s not Friday or Saturday, there’s a huge difference)

Haunted alley way - Have a cocktail at Carousel Bar at Hotel Monteleone, a bar that spins (very slowly). There’s limited seating by the bar, so it would be easier to nab a seat if there’s only 1 or 2 of you

French Market - Try some rum at the Old New Orleans Distillery
Old New Orleans Rum Distillery - Listen to some jazz. Lots of bars have live music/jazz, so this shouldn’t be difficult to find
